ABOUT ME
I’m Ciara! I founded CW Mitchell Social Media Advertising. To be honest, a career path in social media advertising wasn’t something I ever really planned for.
Prior to starting this agency, I worked for a boutique third party staffing firm for several years where I assisted business owners in identifying top-notch accounting and finance talent for their organizations.
I partnered with a wide array of businesses and was exposed to several different industries (manufacturing, retail, technology, start-ups – just to name a few!).
I began looking into a career change as I had always dreamed of having my own business.
I wanted to do something that would continue to allow me to partner with business owners as this was something I truly loved doing. Through researching the “ins and outs” of social media advertising (in particular, Facebook advertising) I realized it was a great way for me to not only leverage many of my existing skills, but to continue to serve business owners.
I love that I’m able to partner with business owners and help play a part in them reaching their goals.
